During my travels I've been lucky to have had haircuts in the top salons in NYC, Miami, & Paris. And, back in my former hometown of Tallahassee, I was a loyal, 10-year customer to my Aveda stylist there. Thus, I know of what I speak. Caroline Franke & east bank hair salon are world class! I'm a new-comer to Baltimore & I'm relieved to find Caroline . A gamine beauty, she knows how to cut hair & she's very knowledgeable about color. She's also a great listener, & smart. I'm lucky once again. Thank you, Caroline, thank you eastbank hair.
