Beware of bait and switch techniques.\r

After taking my small SUV to Whileshire West for a full detail, I was severly dissapointed. A $150 detail was supposed to cover full interior and exterior service. The finished product was half assed at best, when I asked the manager to take a look at sloppy and incomplete work, he attempted to upsell an additional $100 service to fix the poor job. \r

In addition the manager made no attempts to rectify the situation, only defended the poor work and stood by his position that a proper detail would cost ""EXTRA""\r
\r
I'm a reasonable person and would not have complained if it were a $50 mini detail. A product sold which is 10 times the price of your normal service (reg car was is $14) should produce ten times the results. \r

Shame on you Whishire West.
