Review content:
Right up until the point where we signed the contract they we're very accommodating. Once the contract was signed - nothing. Even though plans were supplied pipes were laid in the wrong place and had to be ripped up. They wouldn't return our calls and only agreed to correct their mistake when we had a screaming match in their showroom. They even had the audacity to suggest that we pay an extra $2K to have the pipes moved to where we wanted them in the first place! We gave them a timeline of when we could be home to wet down the new cement so it would set properly, they poured the cement on the first day of our vacation - we had to arrange long distance for someone else to do this. We're halfway through the process and I can't emphacize how AWFUL AND STRESSFUL it is dealing with these people.\r
