Review content:
We had had nothing but aggravation and frustration, since paying in full for our pool by Desert Springs. Our pool vacuum has never worked correctly, our brand new pool was always dirty. The owner and sales rep just blew it off. When I contacted the office, Jenny, I assume a secretary, stated to me over 3 minuted and 55 seconds, that if there is nothing to be found wrong by the warranty company, we are responsible for the service call. She had told me 3 times over our brief conservation, this message. Warrenty company, finally came out, pool vacuum and hose were both bad and needed to be replaced. 2 weeks later, still no correction of the problem. I found a pressure valve in the deep end of the pool last week. I took the part into the Valley View show room, which a salesman had to take it to the back warehouse to determine what it was. He returned stateing, "" Oh, you don't need that for your pool, just throw it away "". SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FRUSTRATION, GO ANY WHERE BUT DESERT SPRINGS FOR A POOL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
