I had a similar experience to some other reviewers. I brought in a bunch of gently used, and only worn once, baby clothes. They took back like 5 items and sent me home with the rest saying some were not seasonal to what they were buying right now, and others had stains, or tears. After I got home and inspected each piece of what they were buying for that season, I found only a couple items out of 20 that actually had stains or tears. The rest of the items were in perfectly good condition, as good or better than some clothes items I've bought from them. \r
Also, the black lady who was doing the transaction with me was pretty rude. She obviously hasn't a care in the world whether you come back and shop in that store again.\r

Why isn't management on top of this? I don't appreciate being treated like I'm not even welcome in there.
Pros: nice stuff for sale
Cons: horrible customer service, horrible at buying your stuff
