Review content:
While venue is fantastic, its management isn't. I have been in two event's lately (both spectacular performers Aretha Franklin and Alvin Ailey Dance Company), sadly both performances started late. \r
\r
Even worst for seated live performance event and top theater venue in Atlanta, latecomers were allowed in AFTER show starts and throughout whole performance. Needles to say, I missed very beginning of 2 dancing acts in Alvin Ailey because of late comers that were allowed in and disturbed my view to the stage. During Aretha Franklin's concert it was even worst (it was also seated event, 85$ per ticket). I didn't have even 10 minutes clear view of stage due to late arrivals throughout whole concert. I contacted management and they are not planning to do anything about, mostly they were giving me excuses.\r
\r
Make an informed decision for the shows you want to see, and what kind of policy they have for late arrivals. If you don't mind people all the time lifting you and people in front of you up, this is the place for you. I have been at prime venues all around the world and have never seen that in live theater you would let people in. It is disrespectful to patrons of art that came on time, pay premium tickets and performers as well.
