I rank their sauces tops in Atlanta. I like their hot sauce and I tried the vinegar based. It seems that the hot has a slightly sweet citrus flavor with a lot of spices floating around. And the vinegar is just that, pure vinegar with a sweet touch of honey, molasses, or something. Unlike Dusty's vinegar based sauces, there aren't many other spices in it. I actually mixed the hot and regular and came out with a pretty good concoction. The pork bbq is very good and I usually get take out.
I give them a 9 for their killer sauces
