y husband and I were optimistic that this was the perfect venue, till the wedding day. We were taken for a ride - despite having contracted and paid for alcoholic beverages, none were served; we never received a refund for a wedding cake despite it being brought from the outside and distributing favors were totally messed up. End result was having to sue the owner and venue. Despite the staff being well versed in customer service, the venue's owner is unconcerned and disconnected from his customers. His only saving grace is his salesman.
