Review content:
Wow, I can't say more than that. My husband used this company today to deliver my mother-in-law some flowers for valentines day. They did try to deliver them twice, but she was at work. After she called them to let them know that she could not receive the flowers until this evening, they gave her a hard time. Then my husband called. He had explained that a simple phone call would have cleared it up and that if they would like she is home now, and that they could make the delivery, or, he would like a refund of the charge. \r

At this point the Clerk cursed and screamed at him, using a good deal of profanity. And that not only would they charge him for the flowers that were not received, but that they would also be tacking on two delivery charges for the flowers not recived. I wish I was making this up. It might be the worst customer service expeirence ever. I understand that Valentines day is a stressful time for flowershops and especially this Valentines Day in NY with all the Ice. But to use profanity, screaming at a customer, that is just unacceptable, for any bussiness.\r
