OMG do not use this florist. I live in california, so I tried to get them to deliver flowers to mom (they are close) on valentines day. So, they call my mom and start demanding (yes demanding, rudely) that she come pick the flowers up. So I call, and basically say that either you need to credit my account or deliver the flowers. And the woman on the phone who claimed she was the owner starts cursing me out?! I'm basically floored, I mean I know valentine day is stressful if you're a florist but WOA easy killer. \r

So trying to be nice and I tell her that there are three things that can happen, either the flowers get delivered, she gives me a credit, or I refute the charge. And she again goes ballistic telling me that she's going to charge me for 2 delivers and calling me and arrogant (insert explitive here). \r

Yea. Don't use these guys. They are obviously run by an unstable lunatic.
