My true experience with Nassau Fence. It all started in the beginning when they delivered the fences on my driveway without even letting me know, they also removed my old pole that was embedded in the siding, they put their new post which is a different size from my old post, the vinyl fence is now cut, and they didn't even give me the chance to repair the siding before they put the new post, they couldâ??ve let me know and leave that for last, so they just installed the post and totally neglected the siding that was open where the old post was. They also installed several in steps on the fence, for example two panels at one level than 2 other panels at a different level, in other words my fences looks like a ""Lego Puzzle"" My rear yard has a very small slope, they installed (3) sections at different level. Why? Very simple their laborer was too lazy to make sure the depth of that one post matched the other post height. They also damaged two of my sprinkler heads, and left my sprinkler heads on the grass, the next day, they came over to hang the gates, I thought they were going to come back the next day to address these little things. When I got home, they left their garbage bag on my backyard, with the sprinkler head just thrown on my grass. I also told them right from the beginning that I wanted very little gaps on the bottom, it is very simple all they have to do is install another piece on the bottom, when I spoke to the owner he wanted an extra $40 per piece. I called the owner the same they completed the work to let him know about my concerns; I got nothing but insults and sarcasm. Based on my experience I no longer recommend this company to anyone
