After 27 years of parking in NYC I can say with certainty that this is by far the least professional parking garage I've ever had the misfortune of using. It looks clean and professional at first glance - DO NOT be fooled! The employees who ""work"" at this establishment are regularly rude and inattentive and on my last visit, were threatening, shouting and making racial remarks. Management was contact with no response. There is a great garage on 11th St between 7th & 8th aves where you can park safely and be treated with respect - go there!
Pros: Not one - not a single one
Cons: Unpleasant staff, unresponsive management, unprofessional business practices
