This is the 3rd property manager in 2years. it is a quiet and friendly neighborhood, but the property manager has no costumer service skills. she was not trained properly. there are no costumer services phone numbers, no email, no physical address to contact anyone. This is the first time I have ever had a problem here other than maintain issues. we do have a new maintenance guy thank goodness. although he will be leaving us very soon good luck to him. No telling who we will have here after he leaves. we only have yard maintenance on one side of the apartments. our grass has not been cut in weeks because the yard maintenance man refuses to until he is paid for it. our current property manager came unannounced at 8:30pm on a Friday night. she was very rude to my husband and myself. unnecessarily because it was her mistake we were charged twice for June rent and a late fee after our bill was paid on time. she did not apologize for her mistake, but it was resolved after many phone calls and trips to the offices. good neighborhood very poorly ran!!!! thx for reading!
