If you go to google and search Stacy Real Estate mobile, AL and click on the first thing with the little map next to it you can read my complete review. \r

Because I am limited to my number of characters here I can only touch on high points. The dwelling I rented from Stacy Real estate was the upstairs portion of an old house that had been turned into 2 apartments.\r

-There were holes in the roof that caused massive leaking into the ceiling thus causing water damage on the ceiling and leaks. A contractor told me that the ceiling would actually fall from this damage within a year and stacy real estate refused to fix it. Stacy Real Estate told me not to worry about the drooping ceiling. I actually had to poke a hole in one spot to let the water come out faster before the ceiling fell. The ceiling was so soft from water damage I could poke it with my finger\r

-My toilet would leak raw sewage into the walls and onto the ceiling of my downstairs neighbor. My shower would do the same thing. \r

-They painted my windows shut and refused to unsitck them and actually laughed in my face when I asked them to.\r

-There was NO insulation and my utilities for power, gas and water typically were $300-$500 / month and it was only possible to heat 2 or 3 rooms at a time.\r

-There is no emergency after hours phone number so if your hot water heater breaks at 5:01pm on Friday Stacy Real Estate won't even know about it till 8:00am Monday.\r

-Management will talk down to you, belittle you, laugh in your face, lie to you and manipulate any situation to keep from having to make necessary repairs\r
\r
-Termites would swarm several times a year and they would be EVERYWHERE in the kitchen bathroom and bedroom. Every cabinet, every drawer, every surface would be covered in termites.\r

Don't forget to look at my other review and please don't make the same mistake I did.
Pros: Would fix small inexpensive problems quickly, also let me pay over time for my pet fee
Cons: slum lord, would not make my house habitable, terrible company, terrible policies, terrible people
