I ordered chinese food and waited an hour and 45 minutes! I am right on the street with the largest numbers possible. When I called to find out where my food was the woman answering the phone acted as if it was my fault and was very rude to me. I had to call back again where I stated I hope you don't expect me to pay for the entire thing and then she went on a tangent about how she could not give food for free becuase she would lose money! I literally couldn't believe my ears and indicated she was handling business very poorly. She continued shouting at me about not giving away free food when I told her I never asked for free food but did not expect to pay fro the entire thing. I then just cancelled the order and went to cook dinner. 5 min later the delivery person is at my door asking for another address (they wrote down the wrong address - why was I never contacted to find out where I lived?) and then received my cold food. I got a little discount on the food and I took it and paid for it at that point because I had two starving children who were now up passed their bedtime starving. The food was ok at best and I definitely would not order from there for delivery if you want it anytime soon. HORRIBLE customer service was the clencher for me though. I understand mistakes happen, but then the owner needs to handle it properly and professionally.
