In one word WOW. I've always thought that massages were just for stress and to relax. Like most men, I go to the Dr when it is the last option. A massage was never on the radar. I don't believe in stress. In my new found wisdom, I'm glad went beyond my boundaries to try something new. \r

Ms Necy has improved my life in several ways. Massages have assisted in my needed weight loss. She gives me the energy I need to work out. She can restore my body after a long day at work or gym. She helped me recover from back and neck pain when I would just normally wait it out. She encouraged me to be more attentive to the water I drink, food and eat and overall health. I look forward to going. This is needed for me and I feel like a better person for knowing her.\r
