I read these reviews and had high hopes. But wow was I disappointed!
The cleaner got lost and was 2 hours late. That's forgivable to a degree because I get lost a lot.
She arrives without supplies! I have never had a cleaner come without supplies, especially when I specifically asked if they bring the mop, vacuum, etc and was told yes. She was empty handed.
The woman had to use my meager supplies and I don't have things like a mop or a vacuum. I have a swiffer.
That means she didn't mop, vacuum my bedroom, clean the tub or toilet. Besides that, she didn't clean my bathroom counter and only wiped around the stuff on the kitchen counter. She did not move the items like the small appliances.
I called the company to talk about this, but I have not gotten a call back.
I'm upset and my place looks like I cleaned it. So not a good thing.
