TERRIBLE SERVICE! Appointment was confirmed for 10 am right before Thanksgiving. At 11 am they still had yet to arrived. Phone the company, they pushed rescheduling - I NEED MY HOME CLEANED today, they promised to have the service there by 1. it is now 2 pm and they have yet to arrive. Again I phone the company only to reach the voice mail 7 times finally someone picked up and said they couldnt hear me, once i did get someone on the phone again she asked me to reschedule. not acceptable, I purchased this with company coming into town in mind. I have now been told that the reason is the person in front of me (which when did they start this client - my appointment was sched. at 10 am) - had upgraded their services which meant mine got pushed back further I run a business myself, and I know that if someone upgrades a service I cannot make my next client suffer for that! . At any rate, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER and I still havent seen the kind of work they are going to be doing! If they even show! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! TERRIBLE!
