Review content:
These people need to teach others how to run a business! Had several other compnanies come out and waste my money, but Sovereign sent me a letter I called them & they gave me a much better price. They got rid of my fire ants back in the summer, but this time I had a neighbor move in and I feel we got rats from them. Andy came & investigated, he went to places I would never have thought of looking and put his stuff out.. I was right, it did come from my neighbors or possibly the ones that moved out..but from that house/enviornment, but he went there also and got them taken care of too! Now both of us are rat/mice free! He really went the extra step and beyond! Now we and the Dawson's are friends over this ordeal. :)
