I stumbled across this place while on my way to a big box store. As soon as I walked in, I knew it was different. First off, counterman (I found out later he was the manager) greeted me right away even though he was with two other customers. He had an old fashioned repoire with them knowing there names and what they needed. He made sure one of his empolyees started to help me. He also repaired one of his customers tools while he waited! I only needed a box of brad nails but the pricing was great and I cannot say enough about the service. My only complaint is they need more things for me to buy so I can keep going back!
