Told us of problems with our car and gave an explanation why they couldn't do an alignment with our car and couldn't flush the radiator. Our car had problems.\r

Gave us an estimate on how much it would cost to have some of the problems fixed (the ones they could do).\r

Gave accurate time estimatation for service.\r

Good location... close to home and close to target, ross, best buy, payless, chicfila, subway, and other stores in the shopping center. I was able to walk over and eat and browse while waiting for my car to work on.\r

They have a nice wating room, with several chairs and even toys for children to play with if your wait is short or do just don't want to walk over to the shopping center.
