NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I BEEN TREATED SO POORLY!! I came here because I had a Groupon and it was by far the WORST dining experience I have ever had in my entire life. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.\r
\r
We walked in and immediately got the impression that the host and waiter were on something. We were seated and the waiter brought us each a drink and an appetizer. I informed him that we would be getting another appetizer, we just weren't sure which one yet. After that, we did not see the waiter or any other employee anywhere for THIRTY MINUTES!!! Finally, when we were ready for another round of drinks, we just walked up to the bar to get them and still no sign of the waiter, or any staff for that matter. So after we finished that second round and still did not see the waiter, it was then my boyfriend went to go find him. He found the waiter standing in a circle of about 4 others and had to exchange words with him to get him back to the table. At this point, I ordered the appetizer we wanted and he did not so much as apologize for completely neglecting our table or even acknowledging that we were there. \r
\r
I decided I did not trust eating whatever he was about to bring me. He had sent a different waiter to deal with us and both seemed like frat types who would probably spit in the food. \r
\r
We left the Groupon on the table and walked out, having only spend maybe $25 of its $40 value. One waiter followed us out and said we had to pay our bill. We told him the Groupon is on the table and that's it. \r
\r
I don't even care that I didn't get my full $40 worth. This was by far the most awful [lack of] service I have ever received in my life. It is disgusting that management lets employees treat customers this way. \r
\r
DO NOT COME HERE. If you are at the Block and looking for somewhere to eat, do yourself a huge favor and go anywhere else. No one deserves to be treated like a piece of garbage. And there are so many better options.
