C L Hix & Sons is diamond, stone setter, jewelry manufacturer started by Steven's grandpa Christian Hix in 1933. Steven has carried on the traditional craftmanship using hand tools. He is artistic and skilled. Steven is most fond of doing engagement rings. He can order diamonds from all over the world and custom design setting for you, from beginning to finish, at a very modest price. Or you can provide the stones. Well, my shop is right next to his. And I had him re-sized my engagement ring. I'd have a lot more fun had I knew him earlier. Too bad he did not take pictures of pieces he did. But, he did show me a mold of 3"" circle that a rap star had him made showing his facial, filled with diamond. That's a wow! :) Steven, a wonderful, humorous jeweler.
