Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this vipers' nest! I made an appointment quite by chance and was somewhat satifsfied with my service (Jennifer). I paid and tipped and left. Unsure if I would return - my longtime hairdresser recently died of cancer : ( - so I am still scoping out salons. In retrospect, I guess I should never have given my phone number, but I never assumed things would degenerate into what can only be called stalking. After about three days, the calls began. Jennifer asked me if I liked the service if I would return, etc. . . I thought it was a nice touch - THE FIRST TIME. . . The NEXT day she called back asking how the experience could have been improved and then asking all about former employees of hers and almost demanding I make a rebook with her! I firmly told her to stop calling. Then the hysterics began. This was something out of Fatal Attraction or Play Misty for Me. She left sometimes teary, sometimes angry messages insulting me and my hair, accusing me of hurting her business, of personal attacks, of basically everything except the 9-11 attacks - and I suspect that call is coming! I have referred the matter to the appropriate authorities. Do yourself a favor - use a FLOWBIE before coming to this Little Shop of Horrors! Pros: The owner didn't physically assault me. Cons: Everything else! I was STALKED!
