When I relocated to Rhode Island from the West Coast in April of 2010 I wanted to find a 'Redken' salon so that my new salon would be able to use the same color formula I was using previously. So randomly I chose Hair It Is for the product line and convenience to where I live in LIncoln. After reading their website I picked Cindy to make my appointment with and have been pleased ever since. While seeing Cindy on my first visit I also found Linda the nail lady who I was also in need of! I am pretty picky about who does my hair and nails and thus was a bit nervous going something new for the first time or two but have been pleased ever since. The people are warm and friendly and it's like a little 'Steel Magnolias' type salon, a real sense of community and family. Cindy is very sweet and knows her craft and Linda is a great nail lady and very diligent about keeping everything clean and sanitized. The prices are good and every few months or so I get a surprise postcard in the mail for a little discount for services!
