they did my 4 mm and shipped it back within a week. they packed it with all the care in the world probably 5 inches of material all the way around. UPS still managed to destroy it. i called ups for several weeks and could not talk to a living person. i told cascade about my problem. that was the end of it! they took care of everything from there out. i dont think that it was there responsibility, but they seemed happy to help. not to mention the motor is yet to be beat by any 4mm that i have been against and the bikes that run with it come apart while i make pass, after pass, after pass with mine for a year now. still no issues! i still call them askind q,s all the time, they always help me even though it doesnt lead to a sale
