Long story short, hire Frank Summerill to do the job you want done.
Frank always did what he said he'd do, and WHEN he said he'd do it.
Actually, that's not true.
He was able to start my job a day EARLY!
We had two driveways; he excavated both, and put in a new, expanded driveway up front, and put in topsoil in the back so we now have a backyard. Their work looks great, and the workers (including Frank's sons!) were very professional and courteous.
Price wise, Frank was flexible and fair. It's pretty rare for me to say I trust a contractor - as I've been burned before - but I trust Frank and would hire him and his crew again in a heartbeat.
