My hair straightening job was done very, very poor. Before I had the process done I even had a consultation with Patrick (Owner of the salon) and was assured that the job was to be performed by an experienced beautician. When the process was finished, I almost was in tears. I went in with curly hair and came out with curly hair. Patrick did not apologize or tell me that he would do the straightening process over at his expense. He charged me full price which was well over 60. dollars. I was very, very upset.
