Review content:
I specifically told the girl answering the phone that I have had really bad experiences with people cutting my hair, that I need someone who knows what they are doing. She gave me to Kristin McFarland, whom is very nice, I will give her credit for that, but as for my hair being done right is another story. It was cut uneven and my color came out blotchy. I also felt like she was rushing because of her talking about having to leave because her daughter was sick and I felt bad. She dropped the comb, picked it up and continued to use it on my hair. I told her there was something in the comb and she said ""oh, it's a hair"" It was NOT my hair, it was too long to be. She didn't tell me that the pink would completely fade in less than a week. I asked her if it would fade and blend in and she said yes.
So, I suggest not going to her unless you want a bad hair cut/color. Hopefully she will grow out of this. She's been doing hair for 3 yrs.
And, when I talked to the owner, Jessica, long story short, she hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. She did not appear to be very professional, at least not to me. She 100% backed up her stylist and not her customer. Not good customer service. I will never go there again. I would have IF the owner would have let me finish what I was going to say and we could have fixed the problem. It was a waste of my $110.00
If you do go there, I was told that Whitney does an excellent job.
