Review content:
Exercise is like dental floss for the brain. It's not easy
(especially at first) and in the beginning, it can be downright
painful and depressing. Anyone who tells you otherwise is just trying
to be supportive, but isn't being totally honest!
That said, it's still essential for you, no matter what age you are
and what your life situation is. Exercise can only improve your life!
And if you're going to take the journey, you might as well work with
the best tools.
Body Maxx is a small gym, but it has what much larger gyms often lack-
it's relaxing, never too crowded, and has a very friendly vibe that
makes you happy to be there working out. I've worked with Boba, the
owner, for several years now, and I'll give her the best compliment I
can possibly give- she's worth what she charges. I can't say that
about many things in life (who can?) but when you find something that
delivers what they promise, it's exciting.
Parking is convenient, the location is good (right next to a couple
sushi restaurants and near some big malls!) and you will get in shape.
REPEAT, YOU WILL GET IN SHAPE!
And as painful as it is in the beginning, it's one of the greatest
feelings in the world. Highly recommended!
