My purse was stolen back in Nov 07, my son had a mole that had to be removed and biopsied. His last mole had us concerned to say the least and he had an appt with his dermatologist in Killeen. Since my purse was stolen along with anyway to pay my usual dermatologist, they canceled my appt. We had been going to them for over a year! They couldn't get their $20 on appt day so they dropped us. I was calling in desperation to my BCBS providers and when I called here the office staff was understanding and stated they would bill me. They gave us an appt for they very next week. Then when we arrived they had refreshments out and were so wonderful. And when we were called (on time) for our appt the Dr (Eric) was hilarious! He put all my worries to rest and made my son feel so comfortable as he removed his mole. This is my new dermatologist and I will drive the 45 minutes to be there because of the excellent customer service, the staff is wonderful and as a whole they deserve an A+!
