I dont like it at all. Last week the water was out in the whole building and the management office is not very nice and does not tell anyone anything. The parking is awfull and I see a lot of cars get broken into in my time here. Smashed windows!! The garbage dumpster is extremely inconvenient and you have to walk like a block to dump your trash. I also hear a lot of noise becuase the walls and floors are so thin and cheap. All the time you hear neighbors TVs and radios. I am a student and it is impossible to concentrate. The pool is disgusting on the weekends. Drunks all over. Drinking in the pool, dropping and breaking glass bottles in the pool area. The management seems so hands-off. Even though there are rules about the pool area you constantly see people with pets, glass bottles, playing loud radios and other things in the pool area and they do nothing. The 'security' is 100% useless. The aprtments are very bland and you dont get much for your money. I looked elsewhere and found much better places for the same or slightly more. I am not re-newing either.\r

ps-the ignitor on the grill has been broken for the longest time and I told them and they still cant fix.
