We planned this for 6 months, informed Chrysm we were bringing lunch, this was to be a complete relaxation / catch-up day for a very busy, wide spread family.
We had to set lunch in a public area with only four chairs - which looked like an additional perk to other clients.
The lack of chairs was not a problem since we were herded without a break to sit and enjoy our meal together. We had to grab bites of food on the run .
We barely saw each other and were out promptly at 2pm - they were closing early - which we were not previously informed.
Total Body Exfoliation really just arms and legs
Hour massage wonderful
Steam Spa - fantastic but 15 minutes (supposed to be 30)
Personalized Facial was great - but not an hour
Parafin Hand & Foot Dip was just that - no massage
Pros: Wonderful Staff
Cons: Assembly Line
