Review content:
A few things I have tried since finding the majestic:
Chesapeake Seafood Stew: The menu item combines a decadent array of seafood (mussels, scallops, shrimp, etc), potatoes, and vegetables in a flavorful tomato broth combined with the tiniest dollop of Old Bay aioli. It's very good, but I have preferred the salads that I have ordered here. Also, I'd suggest asking whether they will give you extra bread to dip in the sauce. You will want to do that.
Bratwurst: It's actually very good, but it is hard to justify when compared to other menu items that provide more taste and an eclectic mix of flavors when compared to the solid brat. If you aren't feeling too adventurous, or if you just find exotic takes on traditional American cuisine to be boring, you'll thoroughly enjoy this high-end take on the humble bratwurst.
Tomato Bisque: This isn't your typical tomato bisque. Although it seems like such a simple addition, the fried goat cheese takes this soup from the range of excellent to subliminal. If you want to experience more than the $12 royal pick, this isn't such a bad idea.
Also, save room for dessert if you don't mind spending a bit more time and money on your lunch (although honestly, if you have a little bit more of both, I'd have to suggest that you take your business over to Restaurant Eve). The desserts here are excellent, and I order them when I happen to finish my lunch in less than 30 minutes (I mean, who wants to wolf down their lunch anyway? It's a lunch hour, folks!).
Pros: Awesome variety
Cons: serice is on the slower end
