When you go to one of these big department stores you expect to receive service just as big. I wated for almost an hour at Best Buy before a sales person even got to me. I was very unsatisfied and won’t be back for anything. I was still looking for a hook up for a I-pod for my new car and didn’t know where to go. I happen to drive past Vegas Auto Sound on my way to a friend’s house and stopped in. Right away I was greeted and was helped. I told the guy what I wanted and he told me that it wouldn’t be a problem and he could have it done. I Asked how long and he said he had to finish the car that was in the back and im next. I decided to stick around and see how long it would take. I very happy I chose to do that because within 15 min I was in there and less than a hour later I was on my way. It took me less time to get the service and installation then going to a big named place. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICES. I will be back for all my auto needs.
