I have eaten here 3 times now, each time the food was good. I wouldn't say it was exceptional, but it was definitely better than I've eaten elsewhere. I have no other Federal Hill experiences to compare to. The prices are extremely low, what you should expect at any Italian restaurant, especially for the quality of the food. The service is lacking. My waiters and waitresses were less than enthusiastic. The bread did not arrive until shortly before or at the same time as the meal, and it took forever for the waiter to bring us the bill. If you're looking for good Italian food at a great price this is your place. I don't imagine the service is usually this bad as I have gone at generally "inconvenient" times (4pm and 10pm) when there are fewer waitstaff working and when they aren't expecting a ton of customers.
Pros: very inexpensive, quality food
