If I were to open up a body shop, the first thing I'd do is study Woody's operation quite closely and duplicate it. There isn't an aspect that they messed up on, as witnessed by all the other stellar reviews which drew me to them in the first place. From start to finish it was a pleasant experience where I was well-informed throughout. Tonio gave his insight into what was worth fixing and what wasn't, and then detailed all of the costs and factors that go into it. He also gave a discount for some work that wasn't covered by my insurance (paid out of pocket). It turned out that Woody's quote was less than the other body shop my insurance required me to go to initially. Woody's finished the car when promised and had even buff and polished the whole car so it was in the best shape I'd ever seen it. Generally speaking it was a pleasure getting my car fixed there, they did a professional job and I walked away feeling great about the whole thing. Now I know where to go if some idiot rear-ends me again...
