Businiess name:  Calvin's Furniture

Review content:
Poor customer service. I bought a ""Amish"" table from Calvin's and the manufacturer nor Calvin's ran quality control checks before they delivered our table. The table leaves did not fit properly so the delivery men took the defected table top and leaves back to the store for repair. The table base and 8 chairs where left in my house for 6 weeks. We had no kitchen table to eat at for 6 weeks. I asked Calvin's to reimburse me for 5% of the costs because of the inconveinence. However, they refused and just offered me $75 when I had paid $4,600. In addition when they redelivered the table there still were problems with the table (manufacturer forgot to refinish one edge of the table). Honestly, I wish I had never walked into that store because I had heard of other complaints of poor customer service. However, the nice sales lady ""got"" me. Too bad Calvin's didn't handle me better. If they would have paid me the $230 in compensation I was looking for I would have bought more furniture from them and I wouldn't be so bitter. Greedy owners - that's all I have to say.
