It is NOT hard to keep weight on an old horse if you give it the PROPER CARE and ATTENTION it needs the same which all horses deserve and the pictures speak for themselves, neglect is neglect. If Sparks is such a ""caring guy"" why are there horses that look like this on his property?!? Also if he could not give these horses the care they needed in the first place he should not have gotten them, in my opinion the guy seems extremely greedy for getting horses that he couldn't care for in the first place and then using them for his own profit when they were clearly not in working condition. Hopefully now these horses will be given the second chance they really deserve.
Pros: Court date = Jail Time
Cons: Obviously not ""caring"" enough
