Joe the owner of all Cactus Salon really doesn't care about his employees need and opinions. He expect his employees to work for nothing, He expect everyone to promote themself and and take all their hairdresser's clients away from them . they need the money to survive! he even let go a Colorist a week after she came back from having a baby, her baby was 4 WEEKS when he fired her! His reason, just simple! She wasn't comfortable working for free when she has a baby to support! He took all her clients and let her go! and just before cristmas. What a mean, horrible person.
