Review content:
Not happy with this company. My wife decided to try these cleaners for the first time, and used a $50.00 certificate offered through the internet. She specifically told the employee that she didn't want to go over the $50 amount. The employee advised that comforters were ""$15 or $20"", and based upon that representation, my wife brought in two comforters to be cleaned. When my wife picked up her order, she was charged over $80, since the comforters were actually about $35 each. No one called her to advise of the price difference before the work was done, which was required since my wife had specifically stated that she didn't want to spend more than the $50. A few days later, I called Noah's Cleaners and spoke with the owner. The owner refused to take responsibility for the misrepresentations of her employee, and basically advised me that she didn't care about us as future customers. She made it clear that she would do nothing to make it right, notwithstanding her acknowledgement that the employee made a mistake. When a company makes it clear that $30 is more important than making sure they keep customers happy, then they don't have a right to have customers at all, especially when the customer relies upon incorrect information provided by the business itself. We will not use this dry cleaning service in the future.
