I just read this review from ""disheartened customer"" and I couldn't disagree more. Not only were we there this past Monday night, but my family and I were at Sparkles in Hiram last Thursday night for the fitness and fun family session. Both experiences were great! There were alot of people there, but not overly crowded. We had so much fun. The staff was amazing. They played games with the kids on the floor, and everyone seemed so happy. This place is clean! Probably the cleanest skating rink I have ever been to, and definitely cleaner than the Kennesaw rink. I like that the manager runs a ""tight ship"". I saw alot of 14 and 15 yr olds there, and I could see how easy it would be to have the place get out of hand. That's why we stopped going to Stars and Strikes. Too many teens and the supervision is not good. The management and staff at Sparkles in Hiram really have a handle on it. \r
