Terrible, terrible service. The repairman, Dean seems like a kind, older man, but he never remembers your name, always has some creative excuse about not keeping an appointment or promise, and is incompetent. He completely mis-disagosed the issue I was having with my tv and made me put a $200 deposit down for a part that I didn't even need. They also charge an unreasonable amount for the type of repair needed. In the end, with a little internet knowledge, I figured out exactly what I needed to fix and did the repair myself. I cancelled his services immediately and demanded a refund on my deposit. Of course, I never received one after multiple calls. In the end, I had to file a claim with my credit card. AVOID AVOID.
