So I went up here several weeks ago to trade in some things that I no longer had a use for but didn't find anything to use my trade in credit on. I was told not to worry about it because I could come back anytime to use it. Well that turns out to be almost useless. I found a game that I wanted on their website and tried to use that trade credit, but it wouldn't let me. So I call the store and see if they can order it for me and I am told that they can not order anything that is ""old"" from their distributor. When I mentioned that they have the game on the website I was told that that it their parent company and they have nothing to do with them other than paying franchise fees. I am most disappointed because I now have trade credit that I can only use at their store and only on things they have in stock. Needless to say I will be spending the credit and not going back again.
