Review content:
In mid-June, I made a reservation for a car for Saturday 26th. That's about two weeks later. Since they offer courtesy pick-up to rental office, I requested one for that day. The Hertz rep (whom I believe is Melissa) affirmed that a driver will be available. That day came. Driver didn't show up. It was 20 minutes to closing time at Hertz. I called the office. Melissa said that drivers don't work on Saturdays. I demanded to know why I wasn't told of this before. I did ask for it during the reservation two weeks earlier. Back then, Melissa said there'll be a driver. Now she said there wasn't. I was so pissed off. I had to drive myself there, dropped my car to pick up the rental car, dropped the rental car at my location, and get a cab back to the rental office to pick up my car. An hour of my precious time wasted. Don't trust this rental location. Especially don't trust Melissa.
