Businiess name:  Chesdin Restaurant

Review content:
We will give Chesdin another try only because we go to the lake quite often in the summer and we used to love this restaurant. The problem with the food should have been caught in the kitchen and there did not seem to be enough wait staff . We sat too long waiting for our check. We were served baked potatoes that were not cooked which they resolved with 2 cooked potatoes but my husband's fried platter was over cooked and over breaded. We both think the quality of food for the money does not match. His comment was that he was full but not satisfied. I had the salmon and the flavor was good but on the verge of being overcooked as well. It used to be much better so we know how good it could be. We hope it will get there again.\r Pros: Beautiful view, great potential Cons: High prices for mediocre food, poor service
