I hate that anyone can say anything about any company on these kind of websites and essentially ruin a company. I'm a small business owner myself and understand the power of someone's review. I've been with Allsafe for a while now at my residence and have had no complaints nor have I gotten rude people on the phone or bad service. I recommended them to a friend of mine who decided to research them before using them and when she told me she would not use them because of the bad reviews I was shocked. I looked them up to see for myself and was a bit disappointed in what I read and I felt I had to share how happy I've been with them. I've been with this company for almost 7 years and I know they've been around longer than that and I don't think they would have survived this long in the industry if all they did was hang up on people and treat their customers badly. If you feel you've had a bad experience with one of the employees then talk to a manager who I'm sure can resolve your issue don't go posting your grievences online and hurt their business. This goes for ANY company. If you're looking for a good security company then I recomend Allsafe.
