Review content:
AllSafe Security did a pre-build security install in my home. I was not at all happy with the communication during the build process, and we had some disagreement over wiring and components utilized.
After the build was complete, to the credit of AllSafe, the general manager ensured that all items promised were fulfilled and clarified issues where communication had previously fallen short.
Bottom line: the company could have been more effective with communication up front, but in the end AllSafe delivered a very solid, monitored security system as promised, and at a better price than the national competitors. I would recommend them as a better-priced, locally-based alternative to the national-brand home security providers.
Pros: Good service, reasonable pricing
Cons: Poor communication during install process
