Custom Sounds installed a car alarm a few years ago & I was very satisfied. I purchased a new car & had Custom Sounds install it as well but I am very disappointed this time. I took my car in on Sat. 12/4/10 at 11:00 a.m. & was told it should not take any more than 4 hours to install. By 6:00 p.m. I had not heard anything so I called & they said it would be ready by 6:30. I got there at 6:30 & it still was not readly. Finally at 7:15 my car was ready, however, the blue alarm indicator had not been installed. They had my car for over 8 hours. I was told that since it was a new car, did not want to cut hole to install light. I did not buy that for one minute. I was late for my office Christmas party. I took the car back on 12/14/10 to install the light & the decals. It only took them 20 minutes to install the light. However, the inside windshield was filthy from the tech's fingerprints. They could have at least cleaned the windshield. I believe that I should have been offered some type of compensation for all of this. When it comes time to buy another alarm and//or sound system, I will not chose Custom Sounds.
