My son was hired as Cook's Central Texas Dealer Manager. He put out a lot of fires and tripled business.\r
They fired him for making too much $$$.\r

Then they brought him back. Once again, he put out the fires and increased business. He had a new bonus arrangement this time, but same result.\r
They fired him for making too much money.\r

Personally, I was one of Cook's Leading Texas dealers for three and one half years. They couldn't fire me, so they just came at night with four trucks and took all my buildings. They were ready to take my off ice with thousands of dollars worth of personal property and equipment. Fortunately, I heard about and got there between their trips to clean it out (by flashlight at 11pm)..\r
